The 9th International Conference of Euro Asia CIVIL ENGINEERING Forum 2025 Paper Publication Process
Step 1: Call for paper
- author submit full paper via ojs.eacef.com – CLOSED
- 1st review by EACEF editor team – CLOSED
- Each paper should be reviewed by Minimum 2 International Reviewers assigned by Editor (In process)
- accepted for presentation – CLOSED
- author/presenter registration – due date 9th August, 2025
- present the paper at the conference – 9-10th September, 2025 (all papers must be presented for them to be eligible for inclusion in the proceeding)

STEP 2 (After Conference)
- Paper reviewing process
- Please do check Turnitin for similarity under 15%
- The publication of your paper in the conference proceedings requires the submission of your camera-ready paper in an amended form, addressing review reports provided by our international reviewers, which will be communicated to you in due course time.
- Please make sure to keep in touch with our editors through our https://ojs.eacef.com/.
- EACEF editor will process all the accepted camera-ready papers to be delivered to the publisher (Springer).
- Revised paper files for the proceedings publication must be submitted no later than 30 September 2025
- The decision on paper publication in the conference proceeding: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (LNCE), will be finalized by the publisher (Springer).
- Publishing 9th EACEF Conference Proceeding in LNCE
